1. Is Instacare free for parents/childcare providers?

Ans. Instacare has a free version for both parents/childcare providers. There is a paid subscription options for premium use for both sides.

2. Do you have to have a childcare license to sign up as a childcare provider?

Ans. States allow a minimum number of children in care without having a license. It is the parents/guardian's responsibility to tour the facility and to find out if the provider has a license.

3. Can you sign up multiple locations under one account for the childcare provider side?

Ans. Yes.

4. How many children can you sign up under your parent's account?

Ans. You can sign up to four children.

5. Who would qualify for Instacare Grants program?

Ans. All Childcare Providers are eligible for grants, only if they are subscribed!

6. Can you track staff time clock-in/out history?

Ans. Yes!

7.  How many staff members can be assigned to a classroom?

Ans. Currently, only one staff member can be assigned to one classroom.

8. When signing up, what if I dont receieve the OTP code?
